My services are offered for 2-8 weeks starting as soon as you wish after the baby arrives and includes a home visit, phone and email support before baby.
The Yarrow Care Package
Organic, postpartum-specific meals and snacks for the week, neatly stored in glass and ready to eat, sharable size, many freezable
Two 3-4 hour visits a week and an in-person meeting before the baby is born
Phone support 5 days a week, Email support 7 days a week
Support in processing the birth experience
Light housework, e.g., laundry, cleaning bottles and pump parts, washing dishes, general tidying, preparing and serving food
Support with nursing and/or bottle feeding
Troubleshooting possible dietary issues effecting you or your breastfeeding baby
Baby care
taking over while you rest, sleep or shower
